Last night I was craving some Spanish Tapas, having only the ingredients for the "Spanish Omelet" that made for an easy choice. If you have not tasted this you are missing out. You could not imagine how good Eggs, Potato's and Onion's can taste. Oh, and just so we are clear, this tortilla is not like the one at the local restaurant. Let me know if you would like the recipe.
For tonight, I am thinking Arabic. I will go with an Egg, Tomato and meat dish.
Tomorrow will be another meal from Spain.
