Salmon Cake for dinner tonight
Whew, I am stuffed. I decided to make Salmon Cake's for dinner tonight and let me tell you, who ever stated that this would serve seven has never had dinner with me. If you have not had them, they are a nice alternative to Crab Cake's and only take an hour to prepare and cook.
Being that I did not have any tater tots (Yes I said "Tater Tots") I went with Long Grain Wild Rice as a side dish.
Next time I will add a tablespoon of finely chopped onions and maybe some finely chopped celery to the Salmon Cake's.

Hum, not much of response to this one based on the number of hits the blog has been getting lately.
