Tonight I will be making a Chicken Chili main course.
All it takes is some chicken breast, white onion, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, green chile peppers, cilantro and a few herbs. Now I need to decide on a side dish to go with it. I am thinking a cucumber and tomato salad with a few tangerines thrown in. Lets not forget the Jasmin rice also.
You would think with all of the home cooked meals I could put some weight on. Nope, not happening.
Any suggestions?
